Meet your guide

Hey there! I'm Kelly — an executive leader who spent nearly 20 years building a career across the private, government, and nonprofit sectors. I built a career I was proud of. On the inside, it was costing me more than I let on.

At first it wasn't in a dramatic, hit-a-wall way. It was a quiet nudge. Until it became increasingly hard to ignore, and I hit the wall full-on. From backaches to tears to days I didn't want to get out of bed. How I was leading myself was unsustainable.

Misalignment compounds quietly, until it doesn't.

The missing piece wasn't a better strategy or pushing harder. It was alignment — the foundation that makes ambition sustainable.

I used to think I had to choose between alignment and ambition. Turns out, you can have both.

That realization changed how I lead and how I live. And it's what everything I do is built on — including Align Society, the community I created for ambitious women leaders like us.

  • Virtual Reflection & Connection Calls take place on the 2nd Friday of the month at 10 am MT.

    Virtual Workshops take place on the last Wednesday of the month at 12 pm MT.

    Event dates and times are subject to change. All additional calls and events, such as our mentor hours and book club, are announced 2 months in advance and posted on the member calendar.

    If you are unable to attend, all live events are recorded and available on the platform for the lifetime of your membership and the program.

    There are also be in-person (primarily in Denver, CO) and virtual pop-up events for the community. Dates and times are TBD. (Additional costs may apply)

  • We welcome you to this community no matter where you live!

    If you want to take advantage of the annual membership savings, but you are unsure, we offer a 48-hour, no-questions-asked cancellation window.

    We also know that life circumstances can change, and you may need to step away from your membership occasionally. We offer a one-time, 60-day membership pause and will welcome you back with no interruption to your membership.
